My name is Jake and I have more than 10 years of professional work experience in computer repair & construction. I've been helping on job sites since I was a little kid, learning everything I could. As soon as I was old enough, I took on the trade for myself. I take a lot of pride in the quality of my work and in providing high-quality customer service on top of the actual work performed. Leaving a mess of the work area and cutting corners or using shoddy materials produces a poor end result which is unacceptable in my book. I firmly believe in treating my customers the way I would want to be treated if I were in their shoes. If I paid someone to come to my property and perform a service, I would want them to respect it as they would respect their own, and I don't think my customers should expect anything less of me. Nor would I want to call someone looking for help and be greeted by a grunted "yeah" or a snappy response; if I ever fail to answer the phone in a cheerful manner, then I don't deserve to have your business.
